IPAF Training Courses and Cherry Picker Training Provided By Kimberly AccessAt Kimberly Rentals Group Ltd, hire of equipment forms only one aspect of our business. We also provide training to work at height, including cherry-picker training and IPAF training courses. We’ve detailed everything you need to know about our courses here.
Professional IPAF Courses in Health & Safety
Over 70% of workplace accidents happen because of people not taking proper precautions while working at height. If you have staff working at height, their health and safety is extremely important!
As a result of the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974, the responsibility is on the employer’s shoulders to provide adequate training to their employees for them to do their job and operate equipment with competence and safely.
Consequently we have developed a comprehensive program for bringing Health and Safety fixes to any company that needs them.
All The Working At Height Regulations Can Be Effectively Met
From the ‘Provision and Use of Work Equipment Reguolations 1988 (PUWER)’ to ‘Working at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR)’, we will make sure you meet every obligation concerning the deployment of powered access lifts at height for any Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) that you use.
If your company does not currently comply with UK laws about the use of MEWPs and health and safety regulations for working at height, don’t worry. We will be able to provide all the training, guidance and support your organisation will require to fully excel and protect your employees.
Kimberly Rentals Group Ltd is accredited to provide training for the most recognized access lift industry qualification in the world, the International Powered Access Federation Training programme.
The cherry picker training programme and IPAF Course for platform operators was developed by leading professionals within the Access Lifts industry and it remains the gold standard in MEWP training.
If successful, each IPAF course delegate will receive a Powered Access Licence Card, a log book, a safety guide and a certificate with your IPAF qualification on it.
The Powered Access Licence Card will make it clear to any site manager that you are up to date with all the latest safety training required to operate a MEWP.
Don’t take risks on site
Importantly, even if the labour has been subcontracted on site, it is your responsibility to be certain that any MEWP operator you employ is properly IPAF-qualified to use the equipment.
Our trainers will help to ensure that you don’t get caught out by making sure that your MEWP operators are fully qualified and back working on site as quicky as possible.
